The Tax Cap Presentation that was to be at our January 26th Meeting has been moved to our February 8th meeting.

NYSED has proposed to amend sections 200.4 and 200.16 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education relating to preschool and school-age individual evaluations. Written comments on the proposed amendment will be accepted for 45 days after its January 4, 2012 publication in the New York State Register.
